ABSTRACT
In the presentation, Julian Chambliss, Professor of English and Core Faculty in the Consortium for Critical Diversity in a Digital Age Research (CEDAR) will discuss public digital humanities projects exploring African-American community’s development after Reconstruction United States. In this crucial period, African-American visions of property citizenship shaped crucial decisions that resonate in contemporary debates about the displacement.
